**3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time:**

* **Standard Shipping:** Delivery typically takes **5-7 business days** after the order has been processed.
* **Express Shipping:** (If available) Delivery typically takes **2-3 business days** after the order has been processed. Please note that express shipping may incur additional charges.

* **Incorrect Address:** Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. SuviHomeFoodie is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges for re-delivery due to incorrect addresses will be borne by the customer.
* **Damaged or Missing Items:** If your order arrives damaged or if there are any missing items, please contact us within **24 hours** of delivery with photographic evidence (if applicable). We will investigate the issue and work towards a satisfactory resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
* **Perishable Items:** Due to the nature of our homemade perishable products, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival. Please contact us immediately if you encounter such an issue.
* **Non-Perishable Items:** For non-perishable items, if you wish to return an item, please contact us within [e.g., 7 days] of delivery.
